Position: Assistant Purchasing Manager (Pre-Opening Team)

Qualifications:

  • Experience in purchasing or procurement within the hospitality industry.
  • Pre-opening experience in sourcing vendors and setting up supply chains is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement software and inventory systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
