- Proven experience as a Director of Sales, preferably with a luxury resort.
- Pre-opening experience with a strong track record of launching a new property is required.
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Expertise in developing sales strategies for various market segments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
