Qualifications:

• Experience as a Reservations Agent in a 4/5-star hotel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in PMS/CRS and handling guest inquiries.
• Strong sales and upselling skills.
• Detail-oriented and efficient in managing bookings.
