Qualifications:

• Experience managing an upscale or specialty restaurant.
• Pre-opening experience in developing a restaurant concept and team is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and financial management.
• Excellent leadership and team training skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences.
