Position: Butler
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized, discreet, and anticipatory service to all villa guests from arrival to departure.
- Coordinate all guest requests, including dining reservations, spa bookings, transportation, and excursions.
- Manage the unpacking and packing of guest luggage and care of guest wardrobes.
- Ensure the guest’s villa is maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Serve in-villa dining orders and beverages with precision and elegance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the guest, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience, preferably in a luxury hotel, private residence, or resort.
- Ability to anticipate and address guests’ service needs with personalized, attentive, and discreet service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with guests.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
- Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to the highest quality standards.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
