We are currently seeking a dynamic leader for one of our key hotel jobs in Nusa Dua.

Position: Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the entire Housekeeping department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain departmental SOPs, hygiene protocols, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Lead, train, and motivate all housekeeping team members to deliver exceptional and personalized guest service.
  • Control departmental expenses, manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, and oversee budget planning.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest pavilions, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with resort standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments, especially Front Office and Engineering, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in housekeeping within luxury hotels or resorts.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, hygiene standards, and cost control.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to implement and maintain SOPs, hygiene standards, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a guest-focused mindset.
