Position: Account Receivable

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data.
• Prepare and send out bills, invoices, and statements to clients.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or client billing issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position.
• Familiar with VHP (Visual Hotel Program).
• Minimum diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
