Position: Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies to optimize procurement processes.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms with vendors and suppliers.
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to ensure clear documentation of requirements.
• Forecast price and market trends to identify changes in the buyer-supplier power balance.
• Perform cost analysis, scenario planning, and benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing.
• Assess, manage, and mitigate potential risks within the supply chain.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar procurement role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with sourcing, vendor management, and procurement software.
• Strong ability in negotiation, networking, and building professional relationships.
• Solid judgment with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing a team.
• BS degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
