Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key Government clients and other corporate accounts.
  • Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to ensure productivity and performance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or similar roles.
  • A passionate person, excellent in interpersonal, communication, and time management.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
  • Strong network and experience in handling Government accounts is highly desirable.
  • Target-oriented with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
