Position: Leisure Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage a successful guest experience and activity program across the resort.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all leisure activities and guest services.
• Train, mentor, and supervise the leisure and guest service team to deliver exceptional service.
• Utilize modern marketing tools to promote resort activities and enhance guest engagement in the digital era.
• Act as a charismatic and engaging host, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and interaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous management experience in a guest service environment.
• Mandatory: has successfully developed a guest experience or activity program in another hotel group.
• An energetic, guest-oriented mentality; spontaneous, charismatic, and comfortable with digital marketing tools.
• Proven ability to create SOPs, train team members, and supervise processes.
• International experience is desired.
• Formal hospitality studies, ideally from an international school.
• This position is open for Indonesian nationals.
