Banquet Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the hotel’s banquet and catering operations, from planning to execution.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure all needs are met.
- Lead and supervise the banquet service team to deliver flawless events.
- Oversee event set-up, service, and breakdown, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Manage banquet budgets, billing, and staff scheduling to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star international chain hotel.
- Positive, growth-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and open to challenges.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, spoken and written.
