Position: Assistant Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Sales in leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses of market trends.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Surabaya market is highly preferred.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
