Position: Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities and equipment.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and other departments.
  • Ensure all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technician, preferably in a hotel or similar commercial building.
  • Strong technical skills in areas such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or civil works.
  • Vocational school diploma in a relevant technical field.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

    • * A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
    * Physically fit and able to perform maintenance tasks.
    *Good communication skills.
