Position: Sales Manager (Social Event Segment)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract social events such as weddings, birthdays, and private gatherings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, wedding planners, and private clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for the social event segment.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and conduct site inspections for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure flawless event execution.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the same position as vacancy minimum 2 years.
  • Preferable experienced in 4 or 5-star chain hotels.
  • Good communication in English both spoken and written.
  • Have a business and excellent service oriented mindset.
  • Good personality, eager to learn, disciplined & positive attitude.
  • Proven track record in social event sales.
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills.
