Position: Waiter/Waitress (Mandarin Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort customers to their tables, particularly assisting Mandarin-speaking guests.
- Present the menu and provide detailed information when asked.
- Take accurate food and drinks orders and serve them to guests.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their dining experience.
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to provide excellent service.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin.
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is an advantage.
- Good communication in English is a plus.
- Excellent service oriented mindset.
- Good personality, eager to learn, disciplined & positive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
