Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed hotel revenue targets.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and travel partners.
• Represent the resort at industry trade shows, sales missions, and networking events.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and revenue forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a 5-star resort environment.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong network of contacts within the Bali and international travel industry.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in hotel property management systems (PMS) and CRM software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
