Position: Chief Engineering
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or in a similar leadership role within a hotel environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and oversee maintenance projects.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
