Position: Sales Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in a sales management role, preferably within the hospitality industry in Surabaya.
- Strong network of corporate and travel agent contacts.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and analyzing sales data.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
