Position: Commis Hot Kitchen
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis in a professional kitchen, with a focus on hot kitchen.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Good knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
- A team player with a strong work ethic and passion for cooking.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
