Position: Front Desk Agent

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar guest-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS).
  • A professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming personality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries effectively.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
