Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar position as a Front Desk Agent at a hotel or resort.
- Good communication skills and a passion for guest service.
- Highly motivated, creative, and innovative.
- Have a good personality, attitude, and be a team player.
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Familiar with hotel property management systems.
