Position: Banquet Operation Manager

General Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 (three) years experience in the same position (4 or 5 stars chain hotel).
  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale banquet and event operations.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the banquet team.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • High standards of service and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
