Position: Restaurant Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar F&B leadership role in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, including financial management and cost control.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to train and develop a high-performing service team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office.
