Position: Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar F&B leadership role in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
• In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, including financial management and cost control.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
• Ability to train and develop a high-performing service team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office.
