Position: FB Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a food and beverage role, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide the service team.
- Ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- A team player with a positive and guest-focused attitude.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
