Position: Front Desk Agent

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar guest-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in a hotel Property Management System (PMS).
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred.
• Ability to handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and courteously.
