Position: Front Desk Agent
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar guest-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in a hotel Property Management System (PMS).
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred.
- Ability to handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and courteously.
