Position: Floor Captain

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a senior waiter/waitress or captain.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to guide service staff.
• In depth knowledge of service sequences and standards.
• Excellent guest experience skills.
• Great decision making and problem solving skills.
• Strong ability to motivate staff.
• Degree in Hospitality is preferred.
