Position: Spa & Wellness Manager
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in a spa management role within a luxury resort or wellness center.
- Relevant certifications in spa therapy, wellness, or hospitality management.
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs, and product lines.
- Experience in managing spa operations, including budgeting, marketing, and staff development.
- Excellent guest experience skills with a passion for holistic well being.
- Outstanding leadership skills to inspire a team of therapists and attendants.
- Great decision making and problem solving skills.
