Position: Director of Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for all hotel segments.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue targets.
- Oversee the hotel’s branding, digital marketing, and public relations efforts.
- Manage the departmental budget, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, client meetings, and trade shows to build strong relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Strong background in corporate, MICE, and leisure markets.
- Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Target oriented with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Familiar with revenue management and digital marketing strategy.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
