Position: Director of Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for all hotel segments.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue targets.
• Oversee the hotel’s branding, digital marketing, and public relations efforts.
• Manage the departmental budget, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, client meetings, and trade shows to build strong relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
• Strong background in corporate, MICE, and leisure markets.
• Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Target oriented with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiar with revenue management and digital marketing strategy.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
