Position: Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the engineering department.
• Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program for all hotel facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate and respond to maintenance requests from guests and other departments.
• Train and guide engineering staff on technical skills and safety procedures.
• Inspect property systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool, to ensure functionality.

Qualifications:

• Good English both spoken and written.
• Positive attitude, good communication skills and confidence.
• At least 2 year experience in the same position.
• Well groomed with a pleasant personality.
• Able to work in team and individually.
• Able to join immediately.
• Strong technical knowledge of hotel building maintenance.
