Position: Engineering Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the engineering department.
- Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program for all hotel facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate and respond to maintenance requests from guests and other departments.
- Train and guide engineering staff on technical skills and safety procedures.
- Inspect property systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool, to ensure functionality.
Qualifications:
- Good English both spoken and written.
- Positive attitude, good communication skills and confidence.
- At least 2 year experience in the same position.
- Well groomed with a pleasant personality.
- Able to work in team and individually.
- Able to join immediately.
- Strong technical knowledge of hotel building maintenance.
