Position: Assistant Laundry Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Laundry Manager in all aspects of departmental operations and management.
• Supervise laundry shifts, ensuring quality control and adherence to standards.
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Help manage the inventory of linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies.
• Handle guest inquiries or issues related to laundry services in the manager’s absence.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a laundry supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Good knowledge of laundry operations, machinery, and chemical handling.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Able to assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and scheduling.
