Position: Laundry Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise laundry attendants during a shift, assigning tasks and monitoring workflow.
• Conduct quality checks on all finished laundry items, including washing, drying, and pressing.
• Ensure proper operation of all laundry machinery and report any faults.
• Train new laundry attendants on standard operating procedures and safety.
  Manage the sorting, washing, and folding processes efficiently.
• Maintain accurate logs for production, chemical usage, and linen.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel laundry department.
• At least 1 year of experience in a team leader or supervisory role.
• Good understanding of laundry processes and equipment.
  Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication skills and basic English proficiency.
• Familiar with safety procedures for laundry equipment and chemicals.
