Position: Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, including Chef de Partie and Commis.
• Manage a specific kitchen section, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Participate in menu planning and development.
• Control food costs and manage inventory for the section.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Min. 1 year experience in the same position
• Good communication and organization skills
• Team player with good personality
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
• Ability to manage a kitchen section and supervise junior staff.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP).
