Position: Assistant Director of Finance and Business Support
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Finance in managing all aspects of the finance and accounting department.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support the optimization of profitability by analyzing revenue, costs, and business performance.
- Ensure all financial controls are in place and maintain the impeccable financial integrity of the hotel.
- Lead and develop the finance team, providing training and guidance to uphold 5 star standards.
- Manage financial systems, conduct internal audits, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong Leadership and team training.
- Proven ability to manage financial systems.
- Proficiency in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and operational problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a finance leadership role within a luxury hotel.
