Position: Assistant Director of Finance and Business Support

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Finance in managing all aspects of the finance and accounting department.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support the optimization of profitability by analyzing revenue, costs, and business performance.
• Ensure all financial controls are in place and maintain the impeccable financial integrity of the hotel.
• Lead and develop the finance team, providing training and guidance to uphold 5 star standards.
• Manage financial systems, conduct internal audits, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong Leadership and team training.
• Proven ability to manage financial systems.
• Proficiency in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and operational problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a finance leadership role within a luxury hotel.
