Position: Order Taker

Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming room service calls promptly and courteously.
• Take guest food and beverage orders accurately, making recommendations when appropriate.
• Enter orders into the POS system and communicate any special requests to the kitchen.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints regarding room service.
• Maintain a clean and organized order taker station.
• Process payments for room service orders.

Qualifications:

• Min 2 years of experience in a similar position at a 4-5-star hotel
• Good personality and appearance
• Proactive and highly motivated
• Good communication skills and teamwork
• Strong leadership and computer skills
• Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly environment
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
