Position: Commis (Indian)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and cook Indian dishes (curries, tandoori, bread).
- Assist the Chef de Partie in the Indian cuisine station.
- Ensure authentic taste and presentation of food.
- Maintain cleanliness and HACCP standards at the workstation.
- Manage stock of spices and special Indian ingredients.
- Follow standard recipes accurately.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis, specializing in Indian cuisine.
- Passion and expertise in Indian culinary.
- Culinary school graduate is a plus.
- Able to work in a team in a busy environment.
- Understand cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Disciplined and willing to learn.
- Positive work attitude.
