Position: FB Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of all F&B outlets, including the restaurant, sky café, and banquet events.
• Train, schedule, and mentor F&B service staff to ensure excellent guest service.
• Assist in managing F&B inventory, stock control, and beverage costing.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all F&B service areas comply with hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years working experience at the same position at four star Hotel.
• Having good in food and beverage knowledge & costing.
• Good leadership and communication skill.
• Attention to detail to the guest service excellent.
• Strong organizational and problem_solving skills.
• Proficient in POS systems and F&B management software.
• Guest_oriented with a positive attitude.
