Position: Revenue Analyst / Asst. Revenue Manager

Responsibilities:

• Analyze booking patterns, market trends, and competitor pricing data.
• Assist in developing and implementing effective pricing and yield management strategies.
• Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and forecast reports.
• Manage and update inventory and rates across all distribution channels, including OTAs.
• Support the Revenue Manager in maximizing hotel revenue, occupancy, and RevPAR.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1_2 years of experience in a Revenue Analyst or similar role within a hotel.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in hotel systems (PMS, RMS) and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of revenue management principles, distribution channels, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Highly motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for numbers and market dynamics.
