Position: Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Actively solicit and manage key accounts and market segments.
• Assist the Director of Sales in developing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.
• Conduct site inspections and entertain potential clients.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and reports for the sales department.
• Represent the resort at industry events and build a strong network.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager in a luxury hotel.
• Strong understanding of the MICE, leisure, or corporate segments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
• Familiar with the Bali hospitality market.
• Proficient in sales software (e.g., Opera S&C).
• Fluent in English.
