Position: Revenue Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room revenue and occupancy.
• Analyze market data, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts.
• Manage all distribution channels (GDS, OTAs, Brand.com) and pricing.
• Lead weekly revenue meetings with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Revenue Manager in a 5 star resort.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in revenue management systems (e.g., Opera, MARSHA, OneYield).
• In depth understanding of pricing strategies and distribution channels.
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly to senior leadership.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Pre-opening experience is a strong asset.
• Fluent in English.
