Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all F&B Service operations by ensuring exceptional service standards, quality control, and guest satisfaction across restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting.
- Lead and manage a motivated F&B Service team, including hiring, performance monitoring to maintain high productivity.
- Foster a positive engagement culture with innovation, continuous improvement, and a guest focused approach.
- Drive profitability and control budgets through strategic planning, cost control, and creative menu development.
- Develop targeted promotions aligned with market trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field (F&B Manager).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for F&B trends and guest dining experience.
- Proven track record in revenue generation, cost control, and F&B promotions.
- Excellent guest service orientation with strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
