Position: IT Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage all hotel IT systems, including networks, servers, hardware, and software.
• Ensure the security, stability, and integrity of all hotel data and IT infrastructure.
• Lead and develop the IT team.
• Provide timely technical support to all departments and guests.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Implement and maintain all IT policies and brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of network infrastructure, hotel systems (PMS, POS), and data security.
• Excellent leadership and problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non technical users.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Passionate about technology and innovation in hospitality.
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
