Position: Asst. / Sales Manager Corporate

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Proactively solicit new business and build strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage corporate agreements.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the corporate segment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager in a 5star hotel, focusing on the corporate segment.
  • Strong network of corporate contacts in Jakarta.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Resultsdriven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in sales management software (e.g., Opera S&C).
  • Fluent in English.
