Position: Duty Manager (25169226)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Front Office and hotel operations during assigned shifts, acting as the Manager on Duty.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complex issues, ensuring prompt and effective service recovery.
- Supervise, support, and guide the Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Relations teams.
- Ensure all Luxury Collection and Marriott brand standards are maintained.
- Conduct regular property rounds to ensure safety, security, and optimal guest experience.
- Assist in training and developing Front Office colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a 5star luxury resort.
- Strong leadership, decisionmaking, and problemsolving skills.
- Exceptional guest service and communication abilities.
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor.
