Position: Chief Steward

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the stewarding department operations.
• Supervise, train, and schedule the stewarding team to maintain sanitation standards.
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas, back of house, and F&B outlets.
• Manage inventory and control breakage of all china, glassware, and silverware.
• Ensure strict compliance with all HACCP, food safety, and chemical handling guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position, preferably in a 5 star hotel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• In depth knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards and chemical handling.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude and team spirited.
• Ability to be empowered and work as part of a global community.
