Position: Front Office Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the front desk team, including Guest Service Agents and Concierge.
- Assist with check in and check out processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Train and mentor new front office staff on hotel standards and procedures.
- Manage room assignments, upselling opportunities, and ensure billing accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office role, with some supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software, preferably Opera.
- Excellent problem solving and guest service abilities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Positive, passionate, and innovative attitude.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
