Position: Front Office Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the front desk team, including Guest Service Agents and Concierge.
  • Assist with check in and check out processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming guest experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Train and mentor new front office staff on hotel standards and procedures.
  • Manage room assignments, upselling opportunities, and ensure billing accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office role, with some supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software, preferably Opera.
  • Excellent problem solving and guest service abilities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Positive, passionate, and innovative attitude.
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
