Position: Asst. Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Front Office Manager in daily operations and staff supervision.
• Support the training and development of front desk agents and concierge.
• Ensure smooth check in and check out processes for all guests.
• Address guest inquiries and feedback with a high level of service.
• Monitor front office supplies and manage shift schedules.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong understanding of front office procedures and PMS.
• Excellent leadership and team motivation skills.
• Guest oriented with strong communication abilities.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Diploma in Hospitality or relevant field.
