Position: Demi Chef

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef de Partie in managing a specific kitchen section.
• Prepare and present high quality dishes according to hotel standards.
• Supervise and guide Commis chefs in their daily tasks.
• Ensure the station is clean, stocked, and well organized.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same position or as a senior Commis.
• Formal culinary arts education or apprenticeship.
• Good knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Positive attitude, team spirited, and service minded.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and be empowered.
