JW Marriott Bali Ubud Resort & Spa
Located on a 2.8-hectare property, JW Marriott Bali Ubud Resort & Spa is a pre-opening hotel featuring 100 rooms, including guestrooms, suites, and villas. The resort faces west, offering stunning sunset views and lush forest scenery. Dining options include an open kitchen and buffet restaurant, specialty restaurant, lobby lounge, and pool bar. We are estimated to open in Q2 2026 and are offering premier hotel jobs in Ubud.
Our amenities include two meeting rooms, two pool areas, a fitness center, spa, and kid’s club. The resort is just a 5-minute drive from Jalan Raya Payangan and accessible to attractions like Payung Rafting Bali, Keliki Painting School, Tegallalang Rice Terrace, and various cafes, restaurants, and temples in Ubud Town. We are seeking passionate professionals to join our pre-opening team and build rewarding hospitality careers in Bali.
Position: Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the pre-opening sales strategy to establish the resort in key markets.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and MICE organizers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
- Manage the sales budget and prepare accurate forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Director of Sales in a luxury resort.
- Pre-opening hotel experience is essential.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
- Strong network within the Bali and international luxury travel market.
- Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality.
