JW Marriott Bali Ubud Resort & Spa
Located on a 2.8-hectare property, JW Marriott Bali Ubud Resort & Spa is a pre-opening hotel featuring 100 rooms, including guestrooms, suites, and villas. The resort faces west, offering stunning sunset views and lush forest scenery. Dining options include an open kitchen and buffet restaurant, specialty restaurant, lobby lounge, and pool bar. We are estimated to open in Q2 2026 and are offering premier hotel jobs in Ubud.
Our amenities include two meeting rooms, two pool areas, a fitness center, spa, and kid’s club. The resort is just a 5-minute drive from Jalan Raya Payangan and accessible to attractions like Payung Rafting Bali, Keliki Painting School, Tegallalang Rice Terrace, and various cafes, restaurants, and temples in Ubud Town. We are seeking passionate professionals to join our pre-opening team and build rewarding hospitality careers in Bali.
Position: Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage all pre-opening setup and daily operations of the Front Office.
- Establish and implement luxury service standards for guest arrival, departure, and in-house experience.
- Recruit, train, and lead the Front Office team to ensure exceptional service.
- Handle guest relations, manage feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
- Optimize front office operations and collaborate with all departments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Front Office Manager in a 5-star resort.
- Pre-opening experience is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, training, and guest service management skills.
- Expertise in Property Management Systems (Opera/Marriott systems preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
